A FLY-TIPPER was fined more than £6,000 yesterday for dumping the contents of a skip in a Yiewsley street.
Amrik Johal, who owns a Colnbrook based company Johal Skip Hire was caught in May last year tipping the waste in to the garden of a house in Winnock Road.
The contents of the skip, which should have been taken away at the time, also spilled out on to the pavement.
Hillingdon Council has said the fine of £6,573, imposed by magistrates in Uxbridge, is the highest penalty to be given out in Hillingdon for an offence of its type.
