ANTI expansion campaigners from Hillingdon have headed for Kent to join protesters at this year’s Climate Camp.

John Stewart, chairman of pressure group HACAN, has gone to talk at an aviation meeting at the camp which is being held in a field near Kingsnorth power station.

Along with him, Linda McCutcheon and Christine Taylor, who are members of the No Third Runway Action Group, have also gone to see what the vibe is like on camp.

They have gone to the workshop named - The Government’s aviation policy and why it’s so ridiculous.

Last year, the three were active in Climate Camp which was held in Sipson and are still prime members of the campaign against expansion at Heathrow Airport.
