The land is offered for sale by Informal Tender with tenders to be received in writing on the attached form of Tender. Please note that on the form of Tender there is the option to submit tenders with or without the overage provisions applying. Flooding: The property is understood to be in an area that is not at risk of flooding although did suffer from run off during an extreme thunder storm in the spring of 2024.
