HUMAN rights group Liberty has added its voice to the news that an injunction is being sought by BAA to stop protests against climate change at Heathrow.
Alex Gask, Liberty's Legal Officer said: "This massively wide ban on using sections of the M25 and the Heathrow Express is ridiculously unenforceable and most likely illegal.
"The dangerous and undemocratic trend of large corporations seeking to trample the legal right to peaceful protest should be taken very seriously by the courts."
