ACTION group NoTRAG has been excluded from an injunction banning protest action near Heathrow Airport.
BAA today won a High Court ruling banning certain protesters at Climate Camp between August 14 and 21 - including John Stewart of HACAN, and members of campaign group, Plane Stupid.
But NoTRAG has now been excluded from the injunction.
Despite being banned himself, John Stewart said the result was major set back for BAA.
He told the Hillingdon Times: "They asked for the mother of all injunctions, and now they have the mother of all setbacks."
