GERALDINE Nicholson, chair of the NoTRAG, says she is 'overjoyed' her name has been removed from an injunction banning campaigners near Heathrow.
Geraldine was personally named on the injunction applied for by BAA against Climate Camp protesters next week.
Mrs. Justice Swift struck out most of BAA's application, and said it was regrettable that Geraldine Nicholson was ever named in the application.
Geraldine told the Hillingdon Times: "BAA was wrong to target me in this way. I have never given any reason for them to believe that I was an organiser of the Camp for Climate Action. I didn't even know what the Camp for Climate Action was until I was told it was coming to Heathrow.
"The person I read about in their 'evidence' against me was not someone I recognised. I do not support, endorse or incite unlawful direct action.
"The only thing BAA has really achieved is free publicity for the Camp for Climate Action."
Geraldine, who is currently on holiday in France, added: "This has been the longest two weeks of my life. I am obviously overjoyed my name has been removed from the injunction and that I can now get on and start to enjoy my holiday."
