A MUCH valued member of the All Saints Playgroup in Hillingdon is leaving after 23 years.
Ros Smith, who worked at All Saints every Friday, is leaving Hillingdon with her husband, Terry, to be near her mother who lives in Hayling Island.
Ros has lived in Hillingdon for the past 36 years. Her daughter Vicky, started at the playgroup in 1983 and very soon Ros became a valued member of the team.
Angela Cochrane, the current playgroup leader, said: "I have worked with Ros for 12 years and her contribution to the group has been invaluable. Her love of children and her sense of fun has made working with her a true pleasure.
"Her bubbly personality will be missed by the parents and the children and especially by the staff and we all wish her well."
The All Saints Playgroup operates every morning, Monday to Friday, at All Saints Church Hall, Long Lane, Hillingdon. For more information telephone Angela Cochrane on 01895 904605.
