STUDENTS at Merchant Taylors' School were celebrating on Thursday after achieving their "best ever A level results."
More than 300 of the pupils at the school in Sandy Lodge, Northwood, travel in on coaches every day from Harrow, Ealing, Watford, as well as around Hillingdon.
Eight high-flying students recieved five A grades, including Andrew Pollock of Northwood, David Vyravipillai of Harrow and Ciaran Singh of Watford Head Master, Stephen Wright, said: "We are delighted for all the students who have put so much effort into producing such outstanding grades."
