AN Uxbridge based university is searching for volunteers to help with its sports research.
Brunel University is looking for boys, aged 10 to 12, to participate in strength tests on their ankles, knees and hip muscles.
The tests are being done to see whether the differences in strength and power between those three joints, are greater in children than in adults.
Romain Denis, a Phd student in sports science at Brunel, said: "It's a fun and interesting experience. Participants learn how their bodies work, which can be educational for them."
The tests last a maximum of 90 minutes and will take place at Brunel University, in Cleveland Road, Uxbridge.
Volunteers will receive a certificate for participation.
Anyone interested can email roman.denis@brunel.ac.uk, or call 07962 631 014.
