A COMMUNITY radio station in Hayes broadcast a range of multi-cultural music and shows as it went live this weekend.
The launch of 91.8 Hayes FM on Saturday, September 1, took place at St Anselm's Church, Station Road, with a range of guests including former director general of the BBC Greg Dyke.
Sutish Sharma, the station's managing director, said: "I am so glad that so many people have come here to share today with me.
"I hope that the station will be what the residents of Hayes need and I hope that it will be the voice of the community."
