Cleaning up: volunteers are welcome on Friday morning in Hayes town centre
A COMMUNITY litter pick, Fairview Cleans the Streets, will be taking part in Hayes town centre this coming Friday (24).
Hayes continues to experience high litter problems, which the team at Fairview New Homes’ development, NewHayes in Pump Lane, wants to address.
Fairview says it wants to not only provide future homes but also give back to the community and create a positive change.
NewHayes is working with Hillingdon Council and the Hillingdon Litter Pickers group.
The event starts at 10.45am and finishes at 1pm at the NewHayes site in Pump Lane, where there will be refreshments for volunteers.
