Time to relax: smoothies were on offer after the work-out
FANCY a smoothie? People living at the new Hayes Village development certainly deserved one after taking part in an outdoor fitness class laid on by developers Barratt London and F45 Training.
There were no half-measures, either, with a full-body workout to improve energy levels, metabolic rate, strength and endurance.
As a reward, those attending were treated to a pop-up smoothie stall and the chance to win 20 free classes at F45’s centre in Chiswick Park.
Hayes Village is on the site of the former Nestles factory in Nestles Avenue.
