PEOPLE in Uxbridge can learn more about the latest plans for the former RAF site at a community event this Saturday (12).
Vinci St. Modwen, a partnership between developer St. Modwen and VINCI plc, is bringing forward proposals for the final part of St. Andrew’s Park.
The former RAF base is already home to a thriving community, a new park and school.
Central to plans for the final part of the site is refurbishment of the Grade II-listed former RAF cinema building.
As well as a chance to see and comment on early ideas for the remainder of the site, families can enjoy food and children’s activities.
The will take place from 11am-3pm at St. Andrews Park, in the square bordered by Barrett Place, Churchill Road and Burbridge Gardens.
Following community feedback, Vinci St. Modwen will submit more detailed plans to Hillingdon Council.
