PLANNERS have approved the next phase of St Andrew’s Park on the former RAF Uxbridge camp.
Permission for 90 apartments at the phase known as land east of Mons Block was granted by Hillingdon planning committee.
The new homes will form part of the overall scheme for 1,400 homes to be built in a joint venture between St Modwen Developments and VINCI UK Developments.
To date, more than 1,000 homes, a primary school and a 32-acre public park have been completed and are already being enjoyed by those living on the estate and the wider Uxbridge community.
