FOUR fire engines and around 25 crew tackled a blaze involving outbuildings and shrubland at West End Road, Ruislip, on Friday (2).
An area of around 400 square metres was damaged, but there were no reports of injuries.
Ten gas cylinders were cooled to as a precaution as they can explode when exposed to heat.
The brigade was called at 5.04pm and the fire was under control by 6.53. Fire crews from Northolt, Ruislip and Southall attended.
The cause is under investigation.
