THE Gym Group opened a new fitness centre at 60 Vine Street, Uxbridge, today (11).
It features 145 individual workout stations, as well as training zones, including HiiT training equipment, six-bay Olympic lifting area and dumbbells up to 50kg.
Fitness trainers are on hand to support members, with a chance to book bespoke personal training sessions.
General manager Ashley McCarthy said: “We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and friendly workout environment.”
There is a starting rate of £12.99 a month for the first three months.
