THE Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Hillingdon is holding a special Prayers for Peace event this Sunday afternoon (26) as part of its #VoicesForPeace campaign.
It aims to bring together faith leaders, politicians and communities in solidarity and to pray for the innocent victims of the Gaza conflict.
This event has been inspired by a similar gathering organised by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Haifa, Israel.
A programme of guest speakers will be followed by refreshments at the Baitul Amn Mosque in Royal Lane, Hillingdon. Admission is by invitation only.
