POLICE have identified six suspects after a Jewish woman was subjected to intimidating behaviour and abuse in a coffee shop in Northwood.
The incident was reported on Monday (20) and had taken place three days earlier in a coffee shop in Joel Street.
The young woman was reported to have been with friends, discussing the Middle East conflict, when a group behind them then started to make comments about this.
The group left and then entered the coffee shop again, shouting anti-Semitic abuse.
CCTV enquiries have now led to five of the suspects being identified and interviewed under caution. A sixth person has been identified and will be interviewed shortly.
The victim is being updated as enquiries progress and a prosecution case is built.
