HARLINGTON Hospice is to provide short breaks for adult carers in the boroughs of Hounslow and Ealing.
The service began last month and includes finding replacement carers in a person’s home, taking them to a social activity and signposting to support groups.
The hospice’s successful tender for the contract is a significant milestone for the charity.
Harlington Care has provided short breaks for carers in Hillingdon and Hounslow for more than four years.
