HOLLYWOOD Bowl is to take the upper floor of the former Debenhams store at The Chimes Shopping Centre in Uxbridge.
It will join Odeon as anchors of a new leisure site at The Chimes, opening early in 2025. The letting follows a string of new tenancies.
TK Maxx has agreed to move to the lower mall of the former Debenhams, relocating from The Pavilions, and is due to open in October.
River Island has moved into a larger space over two floors, opening in March.
In addition, Odeon is refurbishing its nine-screen cinema to Luxe format.
Dave Williams, operations director at Hollywood Bowl, said: “This is an exciting time as we bring 22 new bowling lanes and a nine-hole mini golf course to The Chimes.”
The Chimes is arranged across three floors, next to Uxbridge Underground station with 1,500 car parking spaces.
