PLANNING permission has been granted to speculatively build a 90,000 sq ft logistics centre in Southall Lane, Hayes, which could create up to 150 jobs.
It is a joint venture between developer Chancerygate and sustainable and Bridges Fund Management.
Once complete, Harlequin Business Park will comprise nine units and have a projected gross development value of around £40m.
Construction is due to start next month after demolition of the existing office buildings on site.
Chancerygate development director Tom Faulkner, said: “Harlequin Business Park is going to be a premier site with major infrastructure links.
“Our development will deliver an enduring economic asset for Hayes and ensure occupiers are best placed to grow their businesses in an excellent strategic location.”
