A TESCO Extra site in West Drayton is going under the hammer.
The store, at 223 Station Road, is for auction at a guide price of £1.3m-£1.4m.
The building is currently wholly leased to Tesco and produces £88,772 pa, with an upcoming rent review in 2026.
The site includes the ground floor store, with vacant first and second floors, and includes off-street parking for 17 customers.
The Acuitus auction will take place on November 7 at 1pm and will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy. Further details here.
