PRIVATE and professional investors are invited to a seminar next week to meet experts in the field and view plans for new homes specially suited to the investment market.
It's the first event organised by Harefield-based housebuilder Linden Homes for its newly formed Investor Club.
Speakers will include Andrew Bowes from the Halifax, Geoff Fricker from the property website rightmove.co.uk and Paul Arnold from New Homes Mortgage Helpline. Entrance to Thursday's seminar will be free and it will run from 6pm to 8pm.
The organisers are not divulging the actual venue other than it's in St Albans because they want visitors to book a place so they can gauge numbers.
Linden's chief executive Philip Davies promises members will qualify for "many benefits including discounts".
"The evening will be a great opportunity to view schemes which have been specially selected for the investor market including some that have yet to be released."
He added: "We are very committed to the investor, from private landlords to institutional fund managers, which is why we are launching the investor club and holding a series of seminars for both of these important groups."
