FORMER Abbotsfield school pupil, astrologer and TV presenter Russell Grant and his professional dancing partner Flavia Cacace are out of the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing.

He was told the news live on television this evening, but said that he had a "fantastic time", adding that for him, getting to perform at Wembley was enough - especially since it is in his home county of Middlesex.

Russell, who attended Abbotsfield in Clifton Gardens, Hillingdon, and has campaigned tirelessly to keep Middlesex on the map, failed to gain enough support in the popular show as it enters its final weeks.
